DST Files for embroidery (Digital Files)

Embroidery digitizing service. We convert your logo or artwork into a DST embroidery file, with the stitch types, densities and sequence set so it sews clean on any commercial embroidery machine.

How it works

1. Upload your logo (vector preferred, or a clear PNG/JPG).
2. Tell us the finished size in inches, the garment type (caps, polos, jackets) and thread colors if you have them.
3. We digitize it and email you the DST file plus a stitch-out preview.

What you get

DST file (other formats like PES, EXP or JEF on request), color sequence sheet and a preview image of the stitch-out.

Turnaround

Delivered by email in 1–2 business days. Minor adjustments are included.

Note

Very small text (under 1/4" tall) and fine gradients do not embroider well; we will suggest changes if your logo needs them.
